A Word from Tammie
“Over the years I have suffered multiple sporting injuries. This is what drove my passion to learn more about musculoskeletal conditions and appropriate management to get the best results with not only short-term but long-term goals. I understand what the emotional and physical strain of being in pain and not performing at your best can be. I enjoy finding ways to improve the bodies flexibility and range of motion which in turn enhances recovery, sports performance and injury prevention. There are many ways to help us perform at our best, recover from ailments, improve health and achieve our goals whether it be getting back in the garden or reaching new PB’s.
I have a positive attitude and am always eager to learn new ways to live a healthy productive life. Doing so means we are able to do the things we have to do or need to do (like dressing, looking after children or going to work), things we want to do (like gardening or going to the gym) but also perform such activities without limitation or even hesitation. I am excited about what that life can bring.”
